These two Training Bowls are an excellent alternative to the ordinary dumbbells. Thanks to the plug which is positioned at the bottom, you can easily fill them up either with water (up to a maximum weight of 3.5 kg each) or with sand (up to 5.5 kg each). The soft and elastic material allows a safe use on any surface. The handles allow a very good grip for hands and feet. This product is highly recommendable in a variety of exercises for total body strength and endurance workout. Perfect for wrists and ankles strengthening exercises.
